Customer Alterations

Building Improvements and Renovations 

All building improvements and renovations must be planned and completed in compliance with 200 Clarendon Street and Garage at 100 Clarendon Rules and Regulations for Building Improvements and Renovations.

All plans must be reviewed in advance by 200 Clarendon Street Management. A 200 Clarendon Street Management representative will be assigned to the project as a contact for building services coordination.

In addition, the general contractor will be issued, and is required to sign for, a copy of the 200 Clarendon Street and Garage at 100 Clarendon Regulations for Building Improvements and Renovations.  By signing, the contractor is acknowledging receipt of, and compliance with, all listed regulations, terms, and conditions.
